Ticket questions
Download your ticket again, request an invoice, exchange or sell your tickets? You can do that yourself via the tool of ticket partner Paylogic. On this page you can read all the information.

#1 TICKET LOST?
If you can no longer find your ticket(s) or if you have lost the confirmation e-mail containing your ticket(s), you can request that your confirmation e-mail be resent via this link.
#2 REQUEST INVOICE
Want to request an invoice for your ticket purchase? You can do that too!
- After you order festival tickets, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. It contains the option 'Generate VAT invoice'.
- Enter your details.
- You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
- That's it!
#3 TICKET EXCHANGE: PAYLOGIQ / SEE TICKETS TOOL
We are all looking forward to the next edition of ZOUTE GRAND PRIX. Yet sometimes plans or circumstances can change, so the tickets you bought no longer fit your plans. Via Paylogic's tool, you can rebook your ticket to another ticket yourself. Here is the step-by-step plan!
HOW DOES THE TOOL WORK?
Paylogic/See Tickets' exchange tool lets you change your order and exchange one of your tickets for another.
When you use the tool, you authorise Paylogic to invalidate your first ticket. You can then use the value of the ticket in a special shop. There you select the ticket you want.
- If the new ticket is more expensive, you will be asked for an additional payment during checkout.
- Is the new ticket cheaper? Too bad. Open amounts cannot be processed or paid out later.
! Please note that this tool is linked to the regular ticketshop. Is the ticket in our ticketshop sold out or no longer available? Then it will not be available through the tool either.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY TICKET?
After completing your ticket order, you will have received a confirmation e-mail. You will need this e-mail again.
It is good to know that only the main buyer (the person who placed the order) can make changes to the order.
At the bottom of the confirmation e-mail, you will see the 'manage order' button.
- When you click this, you will be redirected to the web page
- You will then find an overview of your order.
- Move your mouse over the third option 'More actions' and select 'Exchange tickets' in the drop-down menu.
A window will open where you can select which tickets from your order you want to exchange.
You will then be redirected to the ticket shop. Here you select your new ticket(s).
Please note! When a ticket is sold out, it is no longer available via this exchange tool.
After selecting your new choice, you will see it in the shopping basket. There, the amount of the old ticket is also automatically deducted from the price you have to pay.
Is the amount of your old ticket(s) greater than that of your new ticket(s)? Then make sure you also use the remaining amount, for example by adding extra bongs to your order. This is because this amount cannot be refunded.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after completing your order. So at this point you have a new order, with a new order number.
Did your old order have other tickets or products that you keep? If so, you now have two orders.

#5 E-MAIL CHANGE TOOL
Did you enter a wrong e-mail address? Don't panic: our ticket partner developed an e-mail change tool that allows you to change your e-mail address yourself.
- Click the button below.
- Fill in all the necessary info: bank statement, order placement date, payment reference, amount paid and the correct e-mail address.
- If the information entered is correct, our ticket partner's system will change the e-mail address and send the confirmation e-mail to the new e-mail address. That's it!
