ZOUTE GRAND PRIX CAR WEEK 2026 AIMS TO BRING THE WHOLE OF KNOKKE-HEIST TOGETHER
With four complementary zones, new experiences in Heist and at the Grand Casino, a traffic-free Kustlaan and a single all-inclusive day ticket, the event is placing greater emphasis on spreading out, comfort and quality of life.
Following an extremely successful edition in 2025, which attracted more than 250,000 visitors to Knokke-Heist, the Zoute Grand Prix Car Week is taking a significant next step in 2026. The event is expanding across four complementary zones, from the Zoute to Heist, with the aim of involving the entire municipality more closely in the experience. This spread not only ensures a richer visitor experience, but also contributes to better traffic flow and increased comfort for residents and visitors.
New features for 2026 include the 4x4 Village by MAZU on Heist beach, the Marquee by Bonhams|Cars at the Grand Casino, an enhanced Car Boulevard and a simplified ticketing system with a single all-inclusive day ticket. Zoute Grand Prix Car Week will take place from Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 October 2026.
FOUR venues, one complete experience
To better spread visitor flows and involve the entire municipality more closely in the event, the 2026 Zoute Grand Prix Car Week will be organised around four complementary zones. The familiar Zoute Grand Prix Gallery by EY on Albertplein and the Green Grounds will be complemented by new venues on the beach near the Grand Casino and in Heist. The Car Boulevard forms the connecting axis between Albertplein and the Grand Casino, bringing the whole event together into a single coherent route.
New: 4x4 Village by MAZU in Heist
One of the most striking new features in 2026 is the 4x4 Village by MAZU on Heist beach. Set amongst luxurious Saharan tents, the focus is on a premium outdoor experience. Car brands will have the opportunity to showcase their top-performing 4x4 models and allow visitors to test them on an off-road obstacle course on the beach.
In addition, the 4x4 experience will also feature its own one-day rally on Saturday, with a carefully mapped route through woods and open countryside, complemented by precision challenges and culinary stops. On Saturday evening, the village will serve as the finish line for the new Zoute 4x4 Rally.
New: Marquee by BonhamsǀCars at the Grand Casino
The Marquee by BonhamsǀCars is being constructed on the beach opposite the iconic Grand Casino. A stylish beach pavilion where all the unique cars from the Zoute Sale by BonhamsǀCars can be admired throughout the event.
On Sunday, the 14th edition of the Zoute Sale will also take place here, giving the prestigious auction a central place within the programme.
The Zoute Grand Prix Gallery by EY: the beating heart of today’s and tomorrow’s dream cars
The Zoute Grand Prix Gallery by EY on Albertplein remains the beating heart of today’s and tomorrow’s dream cars. Twenty luxury and premium brands will be showcasing their latest models there, including numerous Belgian, European and even world premieres. The Gallery also serves as the start and finish point for all rallies (with the exception of the 4x4 Rally), making it the ultimate meeting place for participants, partners and visitors.
Car Boulevard as the connecting element.
Car Boulevard links the Zoute Grand Prix Gallery by EY with the Marquee by Bonhams|Cars and forms the public hub of the event. Dozens of unique and exceptional cars from automotive partners are on display along the Zeedijk, open to the public to admire.
Green Grounds: a venue for elegance and top-tier international auctions
On Saturday and Sunday, the Green Grounds will once again provide the setting for the Zoute Concours d’Élégance by ING Private Banking. An international jury will judge an exceptional selection of historic cars, culminating in the presentation of the Best of Show Award.
From Wednesday to Friday, the second edition of the Zoute Concours Auction by Broad Arrow will take place at the same venue. Following a strong debut in 2025, expectations are once again high.
With the Zoute Sale by Bonhams|Cars and the Zoute Concours Auction by Broad Arrow, Zoute Grand Prix Car Week hosts two leading international auctions. This underlines the event’s position within the international world of historic and exclusive cars.
Focus on diversity and quality of life
The division into four zones is intended to ensure a balanced distribution of visitors and activities. Each location retains its own unique atmosphere, whilst the whole is experienced as a single event. This approach is in line with the aim of reconciling the growth of Zoute Grand Prix Car Week with comfort, accessibility and quality of life.
Rallies remain the beating heart of the event
Innovations, world premieres and prestigious auctions take the programme to the next level, but the rallies remain the beating heart of the Zoute Grand Prix Car Week.
With four different rallies, the organisers are vigorously pursuing that ambition. From the one-day Iconic Rally on Wednesday and the three-day Classic Rally from Thursday to Saturday, to the one- or two-day GT Rally at the weekend and the brand-new 4x4 Rally on Thursday: the programme is more varied than ever. As the icing on the cake, the second edition of the Kids Rally will also take place.
One ticket for a full day’s experience
One of the key innovations of this year’s event is the simplification of the ticketing system. The distinction between standard and VIP tickets has been removed, replaced by a single, clear option: 1 Ticket – Full Day Access – All Areas.
With a single ticket, visitors gain access to all parts and zones of the event throughout the entire day. They also enjoy included hospitality, including drinks in the Zoute Grand Prix Gallery by EY.
